Sending an online enquiry
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, qualification interests, experience, location and message are sent to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to the NextGen Scholars enquiry inbox. We use these details to respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Form processing and retention
FormSubmit is an external form delivery service. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days. Emails received by our team remain in our email system until managed or deleted by the team. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information for its practices. This website does not save your form entries in browser storage or a separate website database.
Share only what is needed
Provide general information about your work and questions. Do not include identity documents, health or financial information, or confidential details about clients and employers. Ask for an appropriate secure process before sending documents.
Phone and WhatsApp
You can contact us by phone or use WhatsApp instead. WhatsApp processes information through its own service and privacy practices. Choose what to share before sending your message.
Website hosting and other services
Our hosting and form services may process technical information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect their services. FormSubmit may apply spam checks. External links, including Instagram, have their own privacy practices. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics to this website.
Access, corrections and questions
Call 0412 371 350 to ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or discuss deletion. Confirm a training provider’s privacy practices separately before sharing information with it.
